The winter affair - yummy peanut butter

One of my fondest childhood memories of winters is sitting with the family in the sun or in the quilt at night and peeling and  gobbling up the peanuts!

Are you a peanut butter fan like I am? Then switch to making it at home like I have started doing...much richer, purer and tastier then what you get in the market!

Quite simple, roast peanuts and grind them well (into a smooth paste) with a pinch of salt and jaggery to taste...done!!

Use as a spread, in cakes n cookies...and other dishes!
